About Susan

This blog was  a long time coming…and I mean  a loooonnnngg time. I worked in tourism for a lot of years and for a change I decided to be certified as a Life Coach-which I did. And which I am.
But ya know.It never felt like the right fit. I tried this and that, changed up my niches, and… I just wasn’t wild about it. Dragged my feet. Shot myself in the foot at every damn opportunity. I just didn’t love it.
I kept asking God and myself what was it I am meant to do. What was I passionate about? Nothing, it seems.
Just recently, I was doing nothing much and then out of nowhere it was- like “Hey, you knucklehead. You can.write a complete sentence. You love experiencing new things and  exploring.You have years of experience in the field of tourism, so you certainly know under which rocks to look for ideas.”
I don’t know why this hasn’t occurred to me before-after all-I’m almost 63 years old. I guess now is the right time.

That being said, the purpose of this site is to introduce like  minded individuals such as you to the plethora of  things to do, see, experience and taste in the wonderful province of Nova Scotia. Occasionally, I’ll even take you out of the province. I’ll share ideas that just give you ideas to make some plans of your own . And I don’t know about you, but I plan on having a hell of a good time doing it.
