Last week a bunch of us set out to complete a hike at Duncans Cove Nature Preserve . We didn’t. It was not well marked with lots of no parking signs and private proerty.and we could find the trailhead  we planned on hiking , so one of our group suggested a easy stroll instead – around the Frog Pond trail. Frog Pond is part of the  Sir Sanford Flemming Park trail system.  Frog Pond trail was the antithesis of Duncan’s Cove – short easy trails with lots to see and perfect for  family walk or a meditative stroll.
